Biography:

Charles Michael Thomas went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on March 4, 2023, following a chronic illness. Charles was born August 3, 1940 in Monroe, Louisiana and passed away at his home in Macclenny, Florida on March 4, 2023.Preceding him in death and welcoming him into his eternal home were his parents Claude B. Thomas and Rose Marie Bruno Thomas, sister Mary Louise Sistrunk and daughter-in-law Bernice Thomas.

Charles’ family was his pride and joy, and he would travel 12-plus hours each summer to visit his daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren in Louisiana. He was also a dedicated worker, taking on numerous vocations during his lifetime and retiring as a state worker from Northeast Florida State Hospital. He was also a member of Christian Fellowship Temple.

Services will be held at Christian Fellowship Temple at 1 p.m. on Tuesday with Brothers David and Timmy Thomas officiating. Visitation will be held, beginning at Noon, up until the time of the service. Arrangements are under the care and direction of V.
