Biography: Peggy Walton
May 2, 1940 – February 18, 2022
 
Peggy Ann Walton, a native of Parkin, Arkansas and a resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, February 18, 2022 at the age of 81.
Peggy was born in Parkin, Arkansas on May 2, 1940. She was a member of Ingram Boulevard Baptist Church.  She worked several years and retired with the Internal Revenue Service.  She was a friend. a daughter, a sister, a Grandmother of 13, Great Grandmother of 9, a most beloved wife, and a mother extraordinaire of 5. 
She is preceded in death by her husband of 37 years:

and just two days before her, Barbara Jo Cox.

The family would like to extend special thanks to the entire staff at Landmark South of Baton Rouge, especially Aggie and Loredana, and Life Source Hospice of Baton Rouge, especially Craig. Your compassion, care and dedication was above and beyond.
Visitation will be held at Roller Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis, Arkansas, at 1:00 p.m. Monday February 21, 2022, followed by a Chapel service at 2:00 p.m. Burial at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion, Arkansas.
