Biography: Patsy is preceded in death by her husband: Carey Scott O’Neal
her parents: Otis DeLaney, Vera and Vernon Blankenship
her stepdaughter: Georgiana Emfinger.
Pat was a retired secretary, but her favorite titles were Mom and Nana. Her favorite time was spending time with Tim and Ty, watching them play sports and talking about sports even though she really didn’t know that much about sports. She knew they loved the Phillies and she kept up to date on all their games so that she could talk with them about the games. She had a very special relationship with Bob for many years and he was a wonderful loving partner, taking care of her through cancer and these last months of illness. She loved people and had numerous friends. She was a very selfless, always more concerned about others even when she was so sick. She was a member of McClendon Baptist Church and loved her Sunday school friends. She will be missed by all.
