The kenramsey softball power ratings are computed using the same formula as the LHSAA uses for volleyball and basketball:
+5 for your wins, and 100% of those opponents' wins
+0 for your losses, and those opponents' wins times .33
+2.5 for your ties and those opponents' wins times .66
divide your total power points by the total number of games you have played
out of state, sub varsity, and district playoff (tiebreaker) games are not counted
if one score is missing on your schedule, and/or if one score is missing on any of your opponents' schedules, that means you are not receiving your full power rating credit. make that phone call and ask them for that missing score!
every score is very important!
We also have an issue about whether someone played a JV opponent, or played a complete five inning game.
