We've had people who abuse our bulletin boards, and purposely break every rule that the rest of us have agreed to. To discourage them from ruining our bulletin boards, registration is free, but no one is allowed to register with a free email address. There's no need to try to register with AOL, Hotmail, gmail, yahoo, etc. We will not accept it.
