Biography: Dorothy Moore Spillers was born February 11, 1928 to Rev. Charlie and Clara Moore in Ball, Louisiana. She went to her heavenly home December 11, 2020 at the age of 92. Dorothy was an office manager at Peoples Homestead in West Monroe, LA for numerous years. She and her husband were faithful in attending church and Sunday School at Ridge Avenue Baptist Church for many years. After her husband’s death, she started attending church and Sunday School at McClendon Baptist Church until her death.

her husband Boyd L. Spillers of West Monroe, LA,
her parents, Rev. Charlie and Clara Moore of West Monroe, LA;
brother Charles Moore of Bastrop, LA;
her aunt Irene St. Clergy of West Monroe, LA;
and daughter Patricia Spillers Williams of Calhoun, LA.
