Biography: Debra was born on August 23, 1953. She was born and raised in West Monroe, LA. She passed from this life on September 19, 2021. She loved animals and spent many years working hard for each day for the animals housed by the Ouachita Parish Humane Society Animal Shelter and she loved her time spent working at the Louisian Purchase Gardens and Zoo. She could tell you just about anything you could ever want to know about animals, she was truly passionate about it. She loved to spend time shopping at local thrift stores and always found lots of treasures that she enjoyed giving away to others. She also loved people and would give the last of anything she had to help someone else in need.
Debra was preceded in death by her parents Joe Will and Edith Wallace, sisters Francis, Bernice, Wilma, and Carolyn, nephew David, and niece Sandra.
